Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Mai-Han Dinh (pronounced My-Hon Din), a dedicated therapist who believes that healing, resilience, and personal growth are within reach for everyone—with the right support. Since 2010, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds, helping them navigate life’s challenges and build stronger connections with themselves and their loved ones.

My approach to therapy

I bring a compassionate and tailored approach to therapy, blending extensive training in evidence-based practices, neuroscience, and emotional well-being. My goal is to ensure that each person I work with feels seen, heard, and empowered as they move toward lasting change in their life.

As a 1.5-generation Vietnamese-American immigrant, I deeply understand the importance of bridging traditions and personal growth. I believe that when families find harmony between generations, relationships flourish, and mental well-being is strengthened. I am here to help guide that journey with understanding and care.

What you can expect from me

If you're seeking a supportive space to explore, heal, and grow, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
