Great to meet you!

Life's challenges can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and far from your values. I'm here to help you gain clarity, reconnect with your purpose, and create lasting change.

Hi, I'm Maia Weiss, a licensed therapist with experience helping women grow, heal, and move forward with confidence. I specialize in helping women navigate addiction, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and mood disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach helps you reconnect with your authentic self by gently untangling the stress, pain, and limiting patterns that can leave you feeling disconnected from who you truly are. Together, we'll create space for healing, clarity, and a deeper sense of wholeness, so you can move through life with greater purpose and inner peace.

As an observant Jewish woman, I understand the important role that faith, identity, and spirituality can play in the healing process. I enjoy working with both Jewish and non-Jewish women, meeting each person with respect for their unique beliefs, values, and life experiences.

What you can expect from me

From our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you'll feel heard, respected, and understood. Together, we'll identify your goals and begin exploring the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

My approach blends person-centered therapy, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to help you develop practical tools, gain new perspectives, and create meaningful, lasting change.

For clients who value a Torah-based perspective, I incorporate Jewish wisdom and values into therapy while using evidence-based approaches.
