Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California (LMFT) I have been working in the counseling field for over a decade. I have experience conducting individual and group therapy, in-office and both residential and outpatient settings with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship, teen concerns, and a wide range of challenges including grief/loss, insomnia, addiction, trauma, abuse, bipolar, as well as personal growth, adjustment issues, and crisis.

My approach to therapy

I use some leading psychological modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I am enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated, compassionate, and patient. We carry many judgments from the world and ourselves, we do not need any additional pressure. I am here to help support and understand.

What you can expect from me

My appreciation and love for the human experience and helping others have been lifelong. I want to be able to support you in your process of healing. I believe that suffering from stress, anxiety, and negative thoughts about ourselves is not necessary for life. Each individual requires special attention with not just patience but a sense of understanding and compassion.

You can always reach out for clarifying questions and full scheduling availability.
