Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Resiliency Coach with over 19 years of experience helping clients navigate trauma, stress, and life transitions with clarity and confidence. My approach is direct, compassionate, and rooted in real-life experience—I believe in giving you practical tools, not just talk. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change, I’m here to help you move forward with resilience and purpose.

My approach to therapy

I offer a direct, supportive, and no-nonsense approach to therapy. My focus is on building trust, getting to the root of patterns, and helping you develop practical tools to navigate life with clarity and resilience.

What you can expect from me

A first session with me is focused on creating a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. We'll begin by exploring what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and any goals or changes you’d like to work toward. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, emotional health, relationships, and daily functioning, but you’re always in control of how much you choose to share. Together, we’ll start to identify what’s most important to you, and I’ll offer initial insights and recommendations to guide our work moving forward. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about the path ahead.
