Great to meet you!

Welcome, I'm a trauma informed therapist with nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals through mental health challenges, addiction, and major life transitions. My work is grounded in psychodynamic theory and early attachment theory. I help clients uncover early patterns that shape current thoughts, emotions, and relationships creating space for insight and change. I bring both professional training and a lifetime of personal experience to my work, which helps me approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and attunement.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative, personalized, and often infused with light humor, allowing us to work through challenges in a supportive and engaging way. Viewing experiences through a trauma informed lens together we will explore patterns, develop strategies and build skills for growth. I draw from EMDR, somatic work, mindfulness, parts work CBT, DBT, and ACT to help clients feel grounded, resilient, and more connected to themselves. I gently challenge unhelpful patterns while providing a safe space to strengthen insight, self-awareness and resilience.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a relaxed and supportive space to share what's been challenging and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We will explore whether our partnership in therapy is a good match for your needs. Whether you're just starting therapy for the first time, or returning after time away, I enjoy walking alongside clients as we seek understanding and insight together.
