Great to meet you!

From an outsider perspective, you are someone who comes across as having it "all together" - you are self-aware, (maybe a little too) independent, ambitious, and always the "solid" one on whom others rely - yet internally, you may feel a chronic sense of emptiness, distrust, and disconnection. Alternatively, you may live with overwhelming thoughts and emotions that you struggle to make sense of and contain. Through holistic creative practices that are tailored to empower you towards your most authentic self, I support deep feelers, creatives, and highly sensitive neurodivergent folx in rebuilding a sense of inner security.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is warm, curious, intuitive and experiential. As a registered art therapist, I often weave elements of creative expression - such as drawing, painting, writing, movement, tarot, and music - as a supplement to traditional talk therapy in order to open new avenues of communication, meaning-making and insight towards deep-rooted pain points. I frequently pull from IFS/"parts work" and family systems theory to fully understand your inner and outer world.

What you can expect from me

In my presence, you have permission to simply be without pressure - I strive to create a warm, affirming environment where we can work together to gently notice what is happening for you in real time. I offer you various tools to connect deeply with yourself, get to the roots of the pain you are experiencing, and rewrite your story with compassion and clarity. With deep empathy and honesty (as well as the occasional joke and f-bomb), I offer an authentic presence as a fellow traveler.
