Great to meet you!

Welcome, it is great to meet you!

Let’s share a comfortable, judgment-free therapeutic journey tailored just for you. My office is a safe space where you can bring your complete, authentic self. Nobody has their life 100% together—not even me. That is all part of the human experience: embracing growth and diving into the unknown, imperfections and all.

My approach to therapy

You are the expert on your life. My role is to walk beside you, gently challenge cognitive distortions, and tailor our work using evidence-informed modalities.

Alongside my clinical training as an LMFT, I bring my genuine self and lived experience into our work. Navigating early childhood loss, being raised by a single parent, blending families as both a teenager and an adult, experiencing divorce, and parenting a neurodivergent child have all profoundly shaped my practice. Because I have walked through complex life transitions, including life as a military spouse, I meet my clients with true familiarity, openness, and understanding.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step can feel intimidating, but our initial consultation is warm and pressure-free. We will get to know each other and collaboratively map out a plan. Everyone responds to therapy at their own pace—there is no fixed timeline for healing, and we will move at a speed that is right for you.
