Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about creating a warm and supportive space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and understood. As a Hispanic female therapist, I deeply value the importance of culture, identity, and lived experiences, and I strive to provide a space where all parts of you are welcomed without judgment. For the past 12 years, I have worked with individuals navigating anxiety, high-functioning anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, women’s issues, motherhood and fertility-related stress, emotional overwhelm, and unresolved trauma, among others. I understand that many people who seek therapy are often used to being the ones who hold everything together for others while quietly carrying stress, pressure, or exhaustion within themselves. I believe healing begins by reconnecting and building a more compassionate and grounded relationship with yourself. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin exploring what’s happening beneath the surface, without pressure to perform or “have it all together". I value authenticity, emotional safety, and creating a therapeutic relationship where clients feel respected, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, compassionate and grounded in creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and able to show up as yourself. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” who you are, but about helping you better understand yourself, process life’s challenges, and build a stronger, more compassionate foundation within. I help you better understand the patterns, experiences, and internal pressures that may be contributing to anxiety, emotional exhaustion, perfectionism, burnout, or feelings of disconnection. Together, we explore the patterns and pressures that may be keeping you stuck while building healthier ways to cope, slow down, and reconnect with yourself. My approach is both supportive and practical, using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care to help you develop meaningful coping skills for everyday life. For clients who wish to incorporate spirituality into therapy, I also offer faith-based counseling. Together, we work toward helping you feel more balanced, emotionally connected, and develop an emotional home within yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another in a comfortable, supportive, and nonjudgmental space. We will explore what brings you to therapy, the challenges you have been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process all at your own pace, with no expectation to have everything figured out. My intention during the first session is to help you feel safe, heard, and supported while beginning to develop a deeper understanding of your experiences, concerns, and goals for therapy. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine whether this therapeutic relationship feels like a good fit for you and your needs. Therapy with me is a collaborative space for reflection, healing, and growth, where you can begin to slow down, process your experiences, and reconnect with yourself in a more grounded and compassionate way.
