Great to meet you!

Sometimes life can be so beautiful, and sometimes it can seem daunting, scary, and overwhelming. I am here to walk on one’s journey with him/her/them to help make sense of this crazy and complicated thing we call life. I believe that no problem is too big when one views the person behind the suffering. I have found myself drawn to cases that are often avoided and cast out within the system, those that others struggle to help and find an answer for.

My approach to therapy

My background is as diverse as the people I like to help: I’ve worked in fast-paced community outpatient clinics, schools, and private settings. Each case is different and handled in a unique way. I use a combination of psycho dynamic and evidence based approaches. I have experience in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, chronic illnesses such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes, among other diagnoses.

What you can expect from me

To engage in therapy is a brave step towards positive change. I have the deepest respect for those willing to take on the challenge and will be your biggest advocate. It may not be easy at times, but it will always be worth it.
