I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of MN. I am fluent in Hmong and English. I am trained in Comprehensive Behavioral Interventions for Tics (CBIT). CBIT is a therapeutic modality that equips individuals & family with tools to reducing the severity of tics & improving overall quality of life.

Additionally, I have experience working with individuals facing various psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, cultural adjustment, stress, trauma, and OCD.

I approach each session with empathy and compassion. I use a combination of CBT, Person-Centered, Mindfulness Therapy, DBT, Holistic approach, and a variety of evidenced-based modalities. I believe that there is no one-size fits all. We must be flexible and adaptable in the way that we approach mental wellness and mental healing.

In our therapy sessions you can expect to feel safe, heard, valued, and validated. Your thoughts, feelings, and experiences are important to me. I am committed to actively listening and understanding your perspective to ensure that you feel genuinely heard. There may not always be a resolution for what you are going through, but sometimes just talking about it without be judged, and the ability to feel heard and validated helps.
