Great to meet you!

Are you constantly putting everyone else’s needs before your own while feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck? Maybe you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflict, grief, or a major life transition and wondering how much longer you can carry it all alone.

I want you to know that you don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can be yourself, share your story, and feel truly heard. Together, we will explore the challenges you’re facing, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you heal, grow, and move forward with confidence.

Taking the first step can be difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone. Hope and change are possible, and I would be honored to be part of your journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a partnership, not a lecture. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative while also helping you challenge the thoughts, patterns, and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based techniques to help clients better understand themselves, improve relationships, manage anxiety and stress, navigate grief and life transitions, and build healthier coping skills. Together, we will identify practical solutions while creating meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and it’s completely normal to feel nervous. During our first session, my priority is getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your concerns, goals, strengths, and any challenges you are currently facing. This is a judgment-free space where you can be open at your own pace. By the end of our session, you’ll have a clearer understanding of how we can work together and the next steps toward achieving your goals.
