Great to meet you!

I understand that reaching out for help can feel daunting, but taking that first step is a powerful part of the healing process. If you’re ready to explore how therapy can support you in creating lasting change, I’d love to connect. Together, we can work toward building resilience, enhancing your well-being, and achieving the goals that matter most to you. Let’s take that first step together—I'm here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a person-centered approach to therapy, which means that you are the expert on your own life. My role is to create a safe, collaborative space where we can work together to understand your concerns and develop strategies that make sense for you. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), mindfulness, and EMDR to help you develop healthier coping mechanisms, build resilience, and take action toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any challenges you’re facing. I’ll learn more about your history, and we’ll talk about what you hope to achieve through our work together. You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions, and we’ll outline next steps to create a plan that aligns with your needs. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel empowered and supported as we work toward your well-being.
