Great to meet you!

Deciding to look for a therapist let alone beginning therapy can be a daunting task for many. We’re told that our mental health isn’t a priority, that we shouldn’t be weak and that we should ‘stop being sad’ or ‘get over it’ with such great advice from family and friends alike no wonder our issues and stresses seem to only get worse. More often than not we seek therapy because the people in our lives refuse to go to therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to make you feel safe, make you feel welcome and make you feel that you are important and cared for. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, couples and family therapy. I work with my clients to asses their needs using cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure therapy and systemic family therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Part of the journey is taking the first step and this will be the step your future self thanks you for. If you're feeling alone, hurt or unheard then please reach out so we can work together to help you feel in control of your life. Therapy is a unique and different process for everyone and through our work together we can determine the best approach for you
