Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I’m structured and direct.

I focus on patterns, not just stories, and on building skills you can actually use outside the session.

I don’t take sides, and I don’t let sessions drift.

We work toward clarity and practical change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, but I don't believe in endless venting. We'll clarify what's bringing you in and set practical goals quickly, because you likely already know the story—you need a way out of the loop.

Sessions are focused. I draw heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to map the mechanics of your reactions, blending in Adlerian, Solution-Focused, and mindfulness tools where they fit. If we're doing couples work, I use Gottman-informed interventions to stop the chaos and build fairness. For anger, we use structured, skills-based tools to regain control before things escalate.

You won't leave here with vague insights. You'll leave with a plan you can actually use between sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on understanding what's bringing you in and what you'd like to see change. I'll ask thoughtful, focused questions to get a clear picture of the situation and the patterns involved.

We'll begin identifying specific goals and outline a practical direction for our work. I'll also explain how I structure sessions so you know what to expect moving forward, and you'll have time to ask questions and decide whether this feels like a good fit.
