Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your whole self—without judgment, pressure, or having to have everything figured out.

My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use recovery, life transitions, stress and burnout, women’s mental health, relationship and family changes, parenting, and the many challenges that come with simply trying to keep it all together.

I especially enjoy working with people who are ready for change but may feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure where to begin.

You don’t have to navigate this season alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed.

I don’t believe therapy should be a one-size-fits-all experience. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop practical tools to help you navigate emotions, relationships, stress, and life transitions.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed interventions, mindfulness, and strengths-based practices.

My goal isn’t simply to help you “get through” difficult moments. It’s to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, strengthen your coping skills, and create a life that feels more sustainable and aligned with who you are becoming.

Therapy should help you heal—but it should also help you live.

What you can expect from me

We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you are experiencing right now, your history, and what you hope will be different as a result of therapy. I'll also answer any questions you have, explain how I work, and collaborate with you on goals for treatment.

You don't have to prepare the perfect explanation of what's happening or know exactly where to start, just come as you are, we will figure out the rest.
