Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, a Board Certified Music Therapist, and a Music and Imagery Therapist. I received my diploma in music therapy in Greece and my master’s degree in music psychotherapy from New York University.

I have also completed my training in Music and Imagery (Continuum Model of Guided Imagery and Music) at the Institute for Music and Consciousness. I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, transitions, trauma, dementia, etc.

My approach to therapy

I create a therapy space with the experience of a wounded healer. I believe that we have our unique music and as we become more present and aware of our music, our essence, we can begin to transform our lives. I value your ability for growth and change and I encourage it in an accepting, non-judgmental and supportive environment. My approach is humanistic, holistic and creative as well as music centered.

What you can expect from me

You have already experienced the therapeutic qualities of music. In music therapy you can explore emotions, thoughts, parts of self in an experiential and creative way. Through music and therapeutic relationship you can get to the heart of the matter and effect personal change. You can feel supported and deep cared. Music therapy can be powerful and yet work in a gentle way. It can help to bring into awareness the root cause of your issues and connect with your creative and healing force.
