• Psychoanalysis & psycho-dynamic therapies. This approach focuses on changing problematic behaviors, feelings, and thoughts by discovering their unconscious meanings and motivations.
• Cognitive therapy. Dysfunctional thinking that leads to dysfunctional emotions or behaviors. By changing client's thoughts, they can change how they feel and what they do.
• Marriage/Couple Intensive: approach that provides a format designed to allow the 2 of you to laser focus on your relationship. Full 1Day or 2Day
