Great to meet you!

I specialize in perinatal mental health, helping women navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood. If you’re struggling with postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, prenatal anxiety, birth trauma, infertility, or pregnancy loss, you are not alone—and effective support is available.

Many women experience perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) during pregnancy or after birth. You may feel overwhelmed, irritable, disconnected, constantly worried, or unlike yourself. Maternal mental health challenges are common and treatable, and seeking therapy is a strong first step.

My approach to therapy

I work with women ages 19–50 using evidence-based approaches to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions related to motherhood. Together, we’ll reduce symptoms, strengthen coping skills, process grief or trauma, and help you feel more confident and emotionally grounded.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and comfortable space to share your story at your own pace. I’ll ask some questions to get to know you, your background, and what you hope to gain from therapy, while also explaining how the process works. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction for our work together.
