Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed MFT. I work collaboratively with individuals, couples and families to create a path toward specific goals for therapy. Throughout the years I have worked with people from all different walks of life, and I believe in the importance of individualizing treatment to each person and their experiences.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a systemic approach to therapy that pulls from a number of different theories including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotionally-Focused Therapy, in order to meet the individual needs of each client.

What you can expect from me
