Great to meet you!

What are you ready to stop carrying right now?

What would you be like without the wound you organized your life around?

I don’t believe in "by-the-book" therapy. True, sustainable change doesn’t come from a pre-packaged worksheet or a generic protocol. It comes from a deep, rigorous conversation and a relationship built on genuine trust.

I bridge the gap between deep emotional exploration and the hard science of the brain. My work is designed for the the individual who wants to understand the "why" behind their patterns to effectively change the "how" of their life. My goal is to help you understand exactly what is happening in your brain and body so you can regain your equilibrium.

My approach to therapy

Roots over Leaves. Most people seek therapy to manage symptoms, but I am interested in addressing the source. I view most mental health struggles not as "disorders" to be labeled, but as states of being off-balance or physiologically dysregulated.

I utilize evidence-based modalities tailored to the unique person in front of me instead of following a manual.

I am firmly in my clients' corner, but I am also an active partner. I will challenge limiting beliefs and patterns that keep you stuck, ensuring our work is as productive as it is supportive.

What you can expect from me

Depth. Connection. Balance.

My first pillar of work starts with forming a safe and welcoming therapeutic relationship.

I am a generalist with deep specialties, committed to a no-nonsense, holistic approach that considers your environment, your history, and your foundational health. Focused on clarity, real connection, and honest challenge. No worksheets. No protocols. Just deep work.
