I’ve been providing mental health/counseling services for over 20 years. I specialize in treating adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, life transitions and other disorders. My approach to counseling begins with fostering an open and safe relationship in a nurturing environment that promotes healing, growth and insight.

My therapeutic approach is person centered, strength based approach and self- empowerment, meeting the client where they are. I tailor my treatment approach to the need of the client, allowing the client to identify their goals while helping them to gain insight I incorporate techniques used in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy IPT
