Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting adolescents, teens, and adults through life’s transitions, emotional challenges, and questions of identity. My background includes working with individuals navigating grief, health concerns, and major life changes. I’ve worked across settings including community mental health, hospice care, and family systems, which has shaped my understanding of how complex and layered life can be. I’m passionate about helping people find clarity, reconnect with themselves, and move forward in ways that feel more aligned and intentional.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a way that feels both supportive and real. I’m warm and empathetic, but also direct when needed, helping you make sense of what you’re feeling while gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I use evidence-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with a strength-based, humanistic, and culturally responsive approach. Much of my work focuses on life transitions, anxiety, identity, relationships, and helping clients move through grief or overwhelming seasons of life.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, we focus on helping you gain clarity, feel more in control of your emotions, and move forward with intention. Common goals include improving emotional awareness, reducing anxiety, navigating life transitions, and strengthening your sense of identity and self-trust. I also support clients in building healthier coping strategies, improving relationship patterns, and learning how to respond to challenges in ways that align with their values.
