Great to meet you!

Welcome, I am glad you are here. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and life transitions. I offer a supportive space to process challenges while helping you develop practical tools for emotional regulation and healthier communication. Together, we’ll focus on clear goals and real progress so you can feel more grounded and in control of your life. I have particular experience supporting clients who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in repeating patterns that strain their relationships and sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, structured when needed, and grounded in practical skill-building. I believe therapy should not only provide insight but also equip you with tools you can use in real life. While I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment, I also value accountability and growth. Whether you’re working through personal struggles, family conflict, or trying to better understand yourself, I look forward to supporting you in that process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and understanding what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current challenges, your goals, and any relevant history so we can create a clear direction for our work together. We’ll identify a few initial goals and discuss what progress would look like for you. You can expect a supportive, structured space where you feel heard, understood, and guided.
