My object as a psychotherapist, counselor, and life coach is to help families, individuals, and adolescences find balance and answers to their and your mental, emotional, social, spiritual, and physical problems and concerns.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in behavioral and impulsive challenges, traumas, adjustment issues, and ADHD/ADD. I use behavioral modification, dialectical behavioral therapy and cognitive behaviroal therapy in order to get at the root of the problem in order to provide workable solutions.

What you can expect from me

You will be expected to gain the whereabouts to move forward in a healthy and positive manner. As a client you will gain insight to yourself, learn problem solving skills, coping skills, relaxation techniques, and how to better navigate your relationships and your environment. I will draw on my many years of experience, education and efficacious to resolve the presenting problems.
