Great to meet you!

I work with teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, and the emotional toll of chronic health conditions. Many of the people I support feel emotionally exhausted, confused, stuck, or insecure. Some are carrying constant stress, panic, low mood, relationship strain, or the weight of trying to keep functioning while dealing with something deeper underneath. I want therapy to be a place where you feel heard, respected, and supported while we begin making sense of what has been weighing on you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should help you better understand yourself, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we work to identify your strengths, build healthier coping strategies, and develop practical goals that support healing, resilience, and long-term emotional well-being. I also tailor therapy to your experiences so the work feels useful, personal, and grounded in what you need most. My approach is compassionate, supportive, and collaborative.

I strongly focus on CBT, MI, DBT, and client centered.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will talk about what has been feeling hardest lately, what is showing up in your life right now, and what kind of support would feel most helpful. You do not need to have everything figured out before we begin. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, clearer on what we are working toward, and more hopeful about the next steps.
