Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Mali, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes therapy should feel supportive, practical, and human. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem, with a special focus on supporting the Latinx and first-generation community. I’ve worked in schools, homes, and community settings, and now offer safe, virtual therapy where we can meet you right where you are. My goal is to help you feel understood, build real-life coping tools, and move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is practical, collaborative, and tailored to you. I combine CBT and solution-focused strategies with culturally informed care, so our work feels relevant to your life and experiences. Sessions are flexible and personalized, built around your strengths, goals, and background. I also offer therapy in both English and Spanish, creating a space where you can show up fully and feel understood.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a calm, judgment-free space where you can share what’s been weighing on you and what you’re hoping to change. We’ll talk about your goals and begin creating a plan that helps you build coping skills, feel more emotionally grounded, and reconnect with moments of joy. Think of it as the first step in a supportive partnership—I’ll be right there with you as we get started.
