Great to meet you!

I specialize in Religious Trauma and Spiritual Abuse Recovery. Some of us struggle with the impact of negative religious experiences. Was I the problem? Am I not good enough? Some of us feel conflicted about our faith or past religious involvement? I help individuals process their experiences to find what was helpful, what was hurtful, and find a way to move forward in health. If you'd like to schedule a free consult, my updated calendar is available for scheduling at rewiringhope.com

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use EMDR to help my clients reprocess the traumas they've been through in order to have a more complete picture of their experience. We navigate the complex emotions and challenges associated with religious trauma and spiritual abuse, while finding ways to stay connected and protected with the important people in your life. Using evidence-based neuroscience, we rebuild your sense of self, and find a path forward that aligns with your authentic values. Schedule a consult at rewiringhope.com

What you can expect from our first session

I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore your experiences and beliefs. Going through a change in an important area like spirituality and faith can be very isolating and confusing, I didn't know who I could turn to or even what questions to begin asking. But fortunately, I wasn't alone and you don't have to be either. You can find yourself in a safe, supportive environment where you can heal, grow, and rediscover your authentic self.
