Great to meet you!

I’m someone who values authenticity, curiosity, and meaningful connection. I’m drawn to deep conversations and to understanding what shapes us—our experiences, relationships, & the stories we carry about ourselves. My path into this work has been shaped by both professional training and personal experiences with grief, loss, the impact of high-stress roles within families, and my lived experience as a biracial woman navigating identity and belonging. These experiences inform the compassion and steadiness I bring into the therapy space. Being a therapist felt like a natural extension of who I am: someone who believes in growth, reflection, and the capacity for change, even during seasons that feel heavy or uncertain.

Outside of the therapy room, I prioritize movement, time outdoors, and creative rest as ways to stay grounded and connected to myself. I enjoy exercising, reading, and traveling, and I find that these practices help me slow down, gain perspective, and show up more fully in both my personal life and my work. I believe that caring for ourselves in intentional, meaningful ways is not optional—it’s foundational to balance, resilience, and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I integrate EMDR when appropriate, along with concepts from cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. Treatment is always tailored to each client.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is collaborative and paced with care. Sessions focus on understanding your goals, exploring what’s bringing you in, and supporting growth in a way that feels grounded and supportive.
