Great to meet you!

Maybe your child can't focus at school, melts down over homework, or fights sleep every night, and you're not sure medication is the whole answer. Maybe you're an adult who has felt anxious, low, or scattered for years and wants someone to look at the full picture before writing a prescription. I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC, ANCC). I work with children ages 6 and up, teens, adults, and older adults across New York by telehealth, treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood swings, OCD, trauma, and sleep problems. I look at sleep, nutrition, daily routines, and lab work alongside symptoms, and I use medication thoughtfully when it is the right tool. I am in-network with several major plans through Headway, so most insured clients pay only a copay. Приём на русском языке.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative: thoughtful psychopharmacology paired with nutrition, sleep, and routine changes that help medication work better, and sometimes make it unnecessary. I use motivational interviewing and a person-centered, strength-based style, so you and your child help shape the plan. If medication fits, I start low, go slow, and monitor closely. Expect clear explanations, prompt responses, and steady follow-up.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit is a full evaluation, not a 15-minute checklist. We go through your history and symptoms in detail, and we also talk about sleep, focus, nutrition, and daily routines, with lab work when it is useful. You will have room to ask questions and to share as much as you are ready to. By the end, you will have a clear explanation of what I think is going on and a plan we build together, including whether medication makes sense.
