Great to meet you!

I am a School Counselor by day and Mental Health Counselor by night. I became a therapist because I genuinely believe everyone deserves space where their perspective isn't questioned or minimized - just understood. I work with mothers navigating the transition into parenthood, individuals moving through grief or anxiety, and families trying to reconnect. I'm trained in CBT and PCIT, and I'll meet you where you are - whether you've been in therapy before or this is the very first time you've reached out. I see adults, children, adolescents, and families across PA via telehealth .

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and evidence-based without being rigid. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) — but more than any method, I'm guided by what actually helps you move forward. Sessions are a mix of reflection and real strategy. You'll leave with more than just relief - you'll leave with tools.

In our sessions, you can expect a calm, steady presence who listens closely, reflects your experience back to you, and helps you see new options while honoring your unique perspective and pace.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation, not an intake form read out loud. I'll ask what's been heavy lately and what you're hoping might feel different. There's no pressure to have everything figured out before we start. We'll find the rhythm that works for you - and from the first session, you'll know whether this feels like the right fit. Booking is easy through Headway, and I'm in-network with most major PA insurance plans. Taking this one small step today can open the door to feeling more grounded, understood, and supported in what comes next.
