Great to meet you!

I am a School Counselor by day and Mental Health Counselor by the evening. Being a counselor has always felt like a natural fit for me. I am happy to listen and sit with you through whatever life events are being thrown your way, and I know life can certainly challenge people with many hard events. I believe that everyone could benefit from therapy because life gets crazy and hectic and its nice to have someone see life through your point of you, and your point of view only. So if you are just staring counseling, or starting again, remember, you can sit with me.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, you can expect a calm, steady presence who listens closely, reflects your experience back to you, and helps you see new options while honoring your unique perspective and pace.

What you can expect from me

If you’re ready to have someone truly sit with you and see the world through your eyes, I’d love to connect. Click through to my website to learn more about how I work and to easily book an appointment online. Taking this one small step today can open the door to feeling more grounded, understood, and supported in what comes next.
