Great to meet you!

Suppose you are experiencing difficulty adjusting to the changes around you and maintaining relationships, or you feel that things are not working for you. In that case, you have arrived at the right place.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 10 years of working with adolescents and adults, specializing in addressing issues of anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, adjustment issues, and trauma. I have also worked with families involved in DCFS.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative effort; therefore, I believe that my clients are the experts, and you can think of me as your copilot. I believe that people develop their reality based on past experiences (negative or positive) that then shape how we perceive and make sense of the world around us. Using a holistic approach, I collaborate with my clients to help them achieve balance, authenticity, and optimal well-being.

What you can expect from me

I integrate various therapeutic techniques and modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy, based on the unique needs and goals of each client. I work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and goals that are tailored to their specific concerns and strengths. I strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors
