Great to meet you!
I am a warm and compassionate social worker who is passionate about helping adults and older adults feel supported, understood, and empowered. I believe therapy should be a collaborative and supportive space where clients can build on their strengths, gain insight, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. My current work focuses on the geriatric population, and I also have previous experience working with individuals who are visually impaired. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a strengths-based approach to help clients manage anxiety, depression, grief, and bereavement. My goal is to support clients in building resilience, improving emotional well-being, and feeling more confident as they move through life transitions and difficult experiences.
