Great to meet you!

Are you struggling with developing & maintaining lasting emotional connections with the important people in your life? Are past traumas, & childhood attachment wounds preventing you from having a voice? I delve deeply into these wounds that have developed throughout your life, & may now be impacting your relationships. I’ll help give a voice to that little child who wasn’t allowed to be heard growing up. I’ll help you face your inner child, & give them what they have been yearning for all along.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is rooted in psychodynamic principles. This means I’ll explore if you feel as though, messages you received as a child, are still causing problems in current relationships. We’ll then work together to heal these wounds while learning how to better cope with our inner child, and shake hands with them, with a touch of humor along the way.

What you can expect from me

I understand that starting therapy can feel daunting, but I'm here to support you every step of the way. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or uncertain, I'll provide guidance, validation, and comfort as you embark on your journey of healing and empowerment. Please feel free to reach out, and I guarantee a response within 24 hours.
