I work with women 21 and older who struggle with anxiety, overthinking, burnout, and ADHD related patterns like difficulty focusing, time blindness, and emotional ups and downs.
My style is direct, supportive, and practical. I use CBT and hypnotherapy to help you understand how your mind works and actually change the patterns underneath, not just cope with them.
Therapy with me is active and focused. You’ll leave sessions with clarity, tools, and a real sense of direction.
