Great to meet you!

Therapy is about self-exploration and growing with intention. Whether you're working to improve communication, manage stress, reconnect with yourself, or heal from emotional pain, feeling heard and safe can create the space needed for real change. You have to start where you are. I bring an open, kind, and grounded presence to my work, and many of my patients say I’m easy to talk to.

My approach to therapy

I use a blend of cognitive behavioral and person-centered therapy, grounded in the belief that how we think and talk about our experiences directly shapes how we see the world—and the sense of control we feel within it. I believe change begins when we're willing to examine our belief systems and explore whether they align with the lives we want to lead. I work collaboratively with my patients, listening closely, offering new perspectives, and sharing my knowledge and experience along the way.

What you can expect from me

Before scheduling a first session, I offer a brief phone consultation to better understand your concerns, availability, and to ensure we’re a good fit to work together. Please note that the availability shown on Headway is reserved for consultations only.

My regular session hours are Monday through Friday (and occasionally Sundays), from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with my last session beginning at 4:00 PM.

The first full session focuses on understanding your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy.
