Great to meet you!

Hi — I’m Mallerie! I’m a therapist with 10+ years helping people untangle stress, calm anxiety, and find their footing through life’s twists and turns. I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients and love tailoring practical, compassionate strategies that actually fit real life. I earned my BA in Family & Child Sciences from Florida State University and my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Outside of sessions you’ll find me crafting, reading, or playing games. I like to stay curious and am always rooting for my clients wins (no matter how big or small!)

My approach to therapy

I take a solution-focused approach in counseling — think practical, goal-driven, and designed to fit your life. We’ll partner to set relatable goals, brainstorm options, and build steps you can actually use. I bring empathy and encouragement (I’ll cheer you on), while also honoring your need for space and pacing. Together, we’ll make progress that feels doable and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

After our session, I want you to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and fired up — ready to take on the next step. My goal is for you to walk away with practical tools, renewed motivation, and a sense of confidence that you can reach your goals. Our time together is all about fueling your growth and helping you take charge of your life.
