Great to meet you!

My personal and professional experiences have shaped my passion for supporting others through life’s transitions. As a military spouse for many years, I experienced firsthand the challenges of relocation, adapting to new environments, and rebuilding support systems. I have experience supporting individuals and families through grief, medical challenges, and emotional stress in both medical and school settings. I support adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and feelings of overwhelm or disconnection. I especially enjoy helping people through significant changes and adjusting to new seasons of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-based. I believe therapy should be personalized to each individual and their unique experiences. I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, explore your thoughts and emotions openly, and feel heard and understood without judgment.

Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I believe you know yourself best, and my role is to support you, offer perspective, and help you find strategies that fit your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you hope to gain from therapy, and the areas of your life you’d like to work on. I’ll create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can share at your own pace.

Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and discussing what support may be most helpful. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of where we can begin.
