Great to meet you!

I believe in the transformative power of darkness. Just as the moonflower blooms only in the quiet of the night, we too find our strength, beauty, and resilience in the places we often fear to look. Our shadows, our pain, and our stories are not obstacles—they are the pathways to healing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach integrates deep knowledge from our ancestral and childhood influences to help us better understand our present mind-body experience. I aim to support the healing of past traumas and narratives, helping each person embrace their present and find hope for the future. Here, multiple approaches and modalities intersect, offering a sanctuary for genuine, whole-body transformation.

What you can expect from our first session

You are the expert on your own body-mind. As a Guide, I am present to bear witness to your process, to aid you in exploring healing from trauma, to offer practices in mind-body integration, to co-create safe spaces in which to contain learning and growth, and to explore the beauty and brilliance of what it means to be human on an interconnected earth.
