Hello all! I am a Licensed Counselor and have worked in the states of Wyoming, Alabama, and Louisiana. I have learned that I enjoy utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to best fit each client based on their unique needs. I would say my "bread and butter" is working with adolescents and young adults, especially through all of the life changes they are experiencing, But, I have experience with and I am open to other populations as well!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with specific experience working with adolescents and young adults. I enjoy talking through the life changes that this demographic goes through, the mental health struggles that come with those changes, and how it affects all of their relationships. My primary focus is on anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
My passion is working with adolescents and young adults who are experiencing increased depression, anxiety, and trouble in relationships due to the many life changes they are experiencing because of their age. I believe that this demographic experiences changes and new issues almost daily, and it is important for them to feel like they have someone to guide them through these changes and gain more stability in their lives.
