Hi my name is Mallory Beckwith, LPC. I graduated with my masters degree in counseling from St. Edward's University. I am very passionate about helping clients recover from narcissistic abuse, complex PTSD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and depression. I am supportive, empowering, and direct while helping my clients overcome challenging life situations.
I use solution focused therapy, mindfulness, and IFS to help my clients recover from trauma and experience peace in their lives. I believe it is possible to overcome hardship and live a healthy, happy life!
Clients will develop a deeper, more meaningful relationship with themselves while working with me. They will learn how to identify and integrate their emotions. Clients will also learn helpful coping skills to deal with anxiety, mania, intrusive thoughts, and depression.
