Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Mallory and I’m not your average therapist. I work exclusively with women and the LGBTQIA+ community. While I may specialize in men’s issues when it comes to my personal life, it is not an area of my clinical expertise.

I’ve worked with hundreds of clients but what really sets me apart is that I’m real, relatable, and really good at giving advice. I offer therapeutic expertise that not only draws from the best practices in my field, but also from the TikTok therapists I've listened to and the experiences I've been through. I also recognize your expertise. In who you’ve been, where you are, and what you want to become. I hope to learn just as much from you just as you do from me.

I named my practice The Therapist Baddie for a reason. Before you can overhaul your life, you need to remember who the f*** you are. Someone with a flawless aesthetic, high confidence, and an unbothered attitude. My job is to help you find that again. Because when this becomes the version who starts picking up the pieces, you’ll see how easily the pieces begin to fall into place.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to make therapy feel approachable. To provide an experience that’s as unique as you are. If you’ve tried to heal but feel like nothing is working, it doesn’t mean you have to work harder. We just need to develop a strategy that aligns with you, rather than the status quo.

I challenge the messages surrounding you. The ones heard from friends, lectured by parents, and shown on social media. These narratives come with expectations for what your life should look like and how you should get there. But what makes them so qualified to give this advice? If we checked the credentials, would we find that it all sounds so easy for them because they haven’t done the hard work themselves? I help clear out the noise so that you can finally listen to an expert, your own inner voice. The one aligned with the most authentic version of yourself, not the algorithm.

These outside influences may believe they have your life figured out... but I don’t work for them, I work for you. And when it comes to creating a life that feels genuinely fulfilling, you are the most qualified person to do that job (with a little support from me, of course). You’ve always been capable. I’m here to remind you just how capable you are.

What you can expect from me

Picture the emotional satisfaction of venting to your best friend, coupled with the emotional safety of knowing that what you say stays between us. I can dissect screenshots, discuss attachment theory, and help you describe experiences you may have never felt comfortable sharing before.

Progress isn’t linear and the order in which you talk about things doesn’t have to be either. Serious conversations will have their unserious moments. You’ll hear me swear but also tell you the tips and tricks I swear by. Identity crisis? Consider it deescalated. People pleasing? Please, that was so 2025. Burnt out? Let’s burn some bridges instead (between you and the things that no longer serve you).

Therapy, but make it fun. If I can cultivate an experience that helps you find your footing, feel your feelings, and finally believe in yourself again... my hope is that your first session with me will be the first of many.
