Great to meet you!

Hi. My name is Mallory and I am not your average therapist. Finding the right mental health provider is somewhat like swiping on a dating app. With limited information, we make our best guess at who could be a compatible fit. Except with a therapist, the stakes are higher. The first session is like a first date... but with the expectation that you should divulge your most traumatic experiences right away. My goal is to remove that pressure and focus instead on building a therapeutic relationship first. That way, I go from being a stranger (or catfish) to someone who feels truly safe partnering with as you begin your journey to heal.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Therapy... but make it fun. I strive to infuse conversations about our darkest experiences with the lightness and levity of hope. Picture the emotional satisfaction of venting to your best friend, coupled with the emotional security of knowing that I will always provide unwavering, therapeutic support. Lots of tears, but it's okay if some are from laughter.

What you can expect from our first session

If trauma had a bucket list, I would check every box. I am transparent about my experiences and honest about the fact that I am still healing myself. Through shared connection and mutual support, my clients and I work together to fight like hell for the lives we deserve. To go from cast out to confident, lost to leveled up, and from down bad to baddie.
