Great to meet you!

My name is Mallory and I've been practicing mental health counseling for over 5 years. I received a master's of counseling and psychology from Troy University. I’ve worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, inpatient psychiatric and private clinic. In my practice, I work with adults mood and personality disorders, and am proficient in the treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, and severe and persistent mental illness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic and includes components of various modalities, primarily person centered, and cognitive behavioral. I like to learn about my clients and help them utilize and build upon their own strengths to learn and grow.

What you can expect from me

From our sessions, you can expect to take away skills to assist in reaching goals and implementing positive changes outside of the session. Additionally, I will help provide insight into areas of concern and person centered strategies for addressing challenges.
