My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique life journey and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It is essential that we partner with fluid and open communication, and you feel respected, heard and encouraged in our relationship. I’ll be there to act as the coach towards you reaching your greatest holistic potential.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and express your therapeutic goals. If you are unsure about goals based on what you share I will make recommendations. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. The therapeutic relationship is essential for me as I am grateful for your willingness to share your most intimate thoughts and feelings.
