Great to meet you!

I'm an eccentric, versatile, and quirky therapist. I welcome all genders, all sexualities, and all walks of life into my *virtual* office. You can anticipate compassion, laughter, and acceptance of all feelings. I'm passionate about working with neurodivergence, the LGBTQ+ community, and people working on their identities.

When I am not in sessions, I can be found at a concert, watching anime or playing video games.

My approach to therapy

My approach meets at the intersection of allowing space for any person to exist safely and challenging ideas that might be holding you back: both can exist and be true at the same time. I want to you to feel seen, heard, understood and challenged to whatever degree you feel most comfortable with. Show up as YOU!

What you can expect from me

My goal for a first session is to not just break the ice, but to melt it. I want you to gain a true understanding of my therapy process, get to know you as a client, and allow you to get to know me as a provider. You may ask all the questions, ask for a joke or warm up, anything!
