Great to meet you!

I founded my private practice after 10 years of experience providing mental health services across a variety of clinical settings. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, supporting individuals through a wide range of mental health concerns and life challenges.

My professional background includes working with children and adolescents in group home and mobile crisis settings, as well as providing behavioral health assessments for individuals of all ages in hospital emergency departments. I have also worked extensively with adults and older adults in both hospital and community outreach settings, offering assessment, crisis intervention, and ongoing support. These experiences have shaped my collaborative, compassionate, and individualized approach to therapy, with a focus on helping clients build resilience, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

In my private practice, I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns and tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. My therapeutic approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based techniques, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I strive to create a collaborative and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to identify meaningful goals, develop effective coping strategies, and experience measurable progress throughout the therapy process.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves, whether we meet in person or virtually. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I work alongside each client to identify meaningful goals that reflect their values and priorities. Together, we regularly review progress and adjust our approach as needed to support continued growth and lasting change.
