Great to meet you!

I recently started my own private practice after 10 years of experience in different agencies with various client populations. I have experience working with children and adolescents in a group home setting, mobile crisis, and hospital emergency departments. I have experience working with older adults in a hospital setting and community outreach.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my private practice, I am currently specializing in adolescents and young adults in my private practice (ages 10-30 years old) utilizing CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness techniques, and solution focused therapy. I like to ensure that clients have goals to work towards and feel that they are benefiting from the individual therapy sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

I create a welcoming, safe safe for all clients who walk through my door (in person or virtually). I collaborate with my client to set goals of their choosing and monitoring those goals frequently.
