Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Mallory. I am a licensed professional clinical counselor and board-certified music therapist trained in EMDR therapy. I am a feminist therapist passionate about supporting people of all genders in finding harmony in their life. I incorporate internal family systems theory, guided imagery, meditation, nature, and creative arts in my therapy approach.

My approach to therapy

I operate from a feminist, anti-capitalist lens in my work. I aim to empower folks to navigate life assertively and with confidence. I love working with folks on their journey to parenthood, new parents, caregivers of all kinds, folks ready to process trauma, and folks navigating dating. I have completed training in perinatal mental health and feel strongly about providing support to folks who are preparing for and undergoing transition into parenthood. I also have experience working with folks with PTSD and generally healing from trauma.

What you can expect from me

I love helping folks learn to set boundaries, improve their self-care practices, and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
