Great to meet you!

You don’t have to carry everything on your own.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or not quite like yourself, you’re not alone and things can get better. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but it’s also a powerful one. You’ve already taken that first step by being here.

I offer a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, process your experiences, and begin moving forward. I work with individuals, couples, and families including military members, veterans, and their loved ones navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best as a collaborative and personalized process. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.

My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I adapt my approach to meet you where you are.

My goal is to help you build insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you your experiences, your concerns, and what’s bringing you to therapy.

Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and outline a plan that feels realistic and supportive. You can expect a comfortable, non-judgmental space where you can ask questions, share openly, and start building a path forward that feels manageable and aligned with your needs.
