Great to meet you!

With over 18 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Addiction Counselor, I am passionate about helping individuals overcome life's challenges and achieve lasting healing. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations facing substance use disorders, mental health concerns, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and respect. I believe that every person deserves to be heard without judgment and supported in a safe, trusting environment where growth and change are possible. I strive to build genuine therapeutic relationships that empower clients to recognize their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches while tailoring treatment to meet each individual's unique needs, goals, and experiences. Whether someone is beginning their recovery journey, managing a mental health condition, or seeking personal growth, I am committed to walking alongside them with empathy, encouragement, and unwavering support.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to counseling. I'll ask questions about your personal history, current concerns, strengths, and the goals you'd like to accomplish. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine if we're a good fit for working together.

Together, we'll begin identifying meaningful goals that align with your needs, whether that's overcoming addiction, managing anxiety or depression, healing from trauma, improving relationships, or simply finding greater balance in your life. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized I believe therapy is a partnership, and we'll work together to create a plan that supports your growth and healing.

Above all, you can expect to be treated with respect, empathy, and authenticity. My hope is that you'll leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and encouraged, with a clearer understanding of the path we'll take together toward lasting positive change.

"Healing begins when people feel seen, heard, and accepted. My goal is to provide a space where that healing can happen."
